Retainer Rates

Retainer packages range from $500 to 5K per month and allow for ongoing, comprehensive support and representation. Retainer packages generate the greatest depth of work and most transformative results. Aligned Artistry often has a full roster with a waitlist, so we encourage you to reach out and start the conversation if you’re considering this option!

One option focuses on promoting specific projects, while the other is our tiered Individual Artist Package Program, specifically designed to elevate personal branding and career trajectory for individual creatives. Through all of our work, we help clients cultivate clear, aligned, and authentic relationships with their public, creating enduring value for your brand and ours.

Project-based PR Campaigns

Most PR firms in our region have minimum project sizes of either $5K or 10K. At Aligned Artistry, we keep our work as affordable as possible for those in artistic fields, so tier our packages starting at just $1,500. If these campaign offers still don’t fall within your budget or address the scope of work needed, don’t be afraid to reach out! We can sometimes offer custom packages or discounts depending on our schedule and prior commitments.

Quick Release (for returning clients only) - $1,500

Need a quick but effective media blast for an announcement or exciting news? This service is targeted and direct, garnering meaningful earned media placements with minimal expense. Available to clients who have worked with Aligned Artistry within the past two years.

PR Campaign, BASIC - $3K

This package covers the minimum amount of time necessary to gather information, find the angle, draft a solid press release, coordinate back and forth with involved parties, research uniquely appropriate media outlets, widely distribute the release with personal notes to key contacts, follow-up with target media sources, manage correspondence, track placements, and deliver a press summary to the client. The press release will also act as a source for generative promotional content across platforms.

PR Campaign, MID-TIER - $4K

This package includes everything outlined in the BASIC campaign, and provides additional time to expand impact. Aligned Artistry can make best suggestions, which may include: crafting a specific and detailed promotion plan; engaging and leveraging partner organizations; designing content or assets such as eblasts, invitations, postcards, or ads; and coaching or providing talking points in advance of TV or on-air interviews.

PR Campaign, TOP-TIER - $6K

This package includes everything outlined in the BASIC campaign alongside a specifically tailored promotion campaign and full agency support for its comprehensive execution with priorities agreed upon by both parties.
